They have wilted now and left only their lush green. But the New Mexican garlic sprouts up. It still has far to go, but will one day this summer provide its own exotic flower.
I really dig this picture. The light really warms up the picture. Are we looking through a window? Is that what's causing those orange glows? Also, is it the reflection from the wall that's backlighting them so well?
It's hard to know for sure, but I think the two ghostly yellow lights are reflections in the window of the sunlight hitting the interior straw coloured wooden floor. The flowers were in full sun and it really did give a glow in the petals.
